Code of Conduct

A safe, respectful, and professional environment for all participants.

✓ Treat others with respect and professionalism
✓ Follow conference rules and CRLS policies
✓ Refrain from harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior
✓ Wear appropriate business attire
✓ Respect school property
Violations may result in warnings, removal from committee, dismissal from the conference, and/or notification of school administrators. Report concerns immediately.

Anti-Harassment & Anti-Discrimination

Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination of any kind.

No verbal, nonverbal, physical, or digital conduct that creates a hostile or unsafe environment.

Harassment based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

Report incidents to Secretariat, staff, or an advisor immediately. Retaliation against reporters will not be tolerated.

Academic Integrity

Uphold the highest standards of academic honesty.

✓ Plagiarism is strictly prohibited
✓ All sources in position papers must be properly cited
✓ AI tools may assist brainstorming/editing, but work must reflect your own understanding
✓ Delegates must be able to explain and defend their work

Media & Photography

Guidelines for photos, videos, and social media.

BridgeMUN may take photos/videos during sessions and ceremonies for promotional and educational use.

Delegates are encouraged to use #BridgeMUN and tag @crls.mun. Obtain consent before posting identifiable images of others.

If you do not consent to being photographed, notify the Secretariat or indicate this during registration.

Medical & Emergency

Health and safety of all participants is our top priority.

Immediately notify a Secretariat member, staff member, faculty advisor, or CRLS staff.

Call 911 if the situation is urgent or life-threatening.

Do not move an injured person unless necessary for safety.

Follow all instructions from school staff and emergency responders.

Inform your advisor of any medical conditions prior to the conference. For non-emergency health issues, notify a staff member.
